Your Responsibilities
- Contribution to the design and optimization of processes within the CONTACT Global Ecosystem, our global partner network
- Collaboration to improve internal process efficiency and data accuracy within our partner management
- Support for the selection and administration of service partners
- Development, support, and maintenance of international partnerships, including providing technical support
Your Profile
- Studies in the field of business, law, communication, or a related field with a strong interest in IT
- A keen interest in process design and project management, including initial experience in these areas
- Rapid comprehension of complex technical contexts and enjoyment of working with international business partners in various cultural settings
- Experience in the use of modern office technologies, including MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel)
- Ability to work independently and in a structured manner, with a passion for teamwork
- Excellent proficiency in spoken and written English; proficiency in German is a plus
