Your Responsibilities
- Implementation of our open and modular software portfolio and continuous enhancement of existing system solutions in advanced customer projects.
- Planning, steering, and controlling of project activities using risk, change request and stakeholder management techniques.
- Professional leadership and coordination of expert teams, fostering a trusting and collaborative relationship with our business partners.
- Preparation and presentation of current project statuses and results to the steering committee and our management team.
Your Profile
- Completed degree in (Business) Informatics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical or scientific field with a strong IT focus.
- Experience in leading complex software projects and intercultural project teams, along with proficiency in managing customer requirements.
- Comprehensive knowledge of traditional or agile project management, preferably with certification (e.g., PMI, GPM (IPMA), PRINCE2, PMP, Scrum, or AgilePM).
- Practical experience in using project management tools from previous projects and a fundamental understanding of software development.
- Consultancy expertise in one of the areas of Product Lifecycle Management, ideally with industry experience in the automotive or mechanical engineering sector.
- Strong assertiveness, adaptability, and mobility in project operations, as well as a proactive, systematic, and solution-oriented approach to work.
- Excellent communication skills with clients and project partners, with a confident command of the English language in written and spoken form.
