Your Responsibilities
- Central point of contact for international partners, agencies, service providers, and subsidiaries
- Further develop the internationalization strategy in collaboration with Sales and Marketing, including conducting market analyses to identify new growth opportunities and trends
- Create and maintain country-specific content
- Design, manage, and implement country-specific performance marketing campaigns (SEM & Analytics) with a focus on lead generation
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance
Your Profile
- Master's degree in Marketing, International Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least five years of professional experience in international marketing, ideally in a B2B environment
- Experience in project management and working with international teams and agencies
- Solid knowledge of developing and implementing international marketing campaigns
- Strong intercultural competence, communication, and teamwork skills, coupled with a high degree of initiative and a solution-oriented approach
- Analytical thinking and the ability to make data-driven decisions
- Excellent English (fluent/business proficiency) and very good German language skills are essential
